All sales are final. We do not accept returns and exchanges due to sanitation issues.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us immediately. 

To process a replacement, we kindly request an unboxing video recorded on the same day the parcel is delivered to you. Please email the video to silverbyanjjewels@gmail.com or send it via WhatsApp to 8433824979. Only items that are damaged will be eligible for a replacement.
